IJM Land Celebrates XPLOSIVE Campaign Winners with First-Class Holiday Experience Worth RM228,000
IJM Land has concluded its five-month XPLOSIVE Campaign, which ran from October 2025 to March 2026, with 3 homebuyers winning First-Class flights and luxurious holiday experiences for two to London, Melbourne and the Maldives.
XPLOSIVE Campaign Prize Presentation Ceremony
Rolled out across 28 participating IJM Land developments nationwide, the campaign combined homeownership incentives with XPLOSIVE Rewards, attractive financial benefits and exciting XPLOSIVE Prizes, making the journey to homeownership even more rewarding.
The campaign saw broad-based demand across IJM Land’s portfolio, with encouraging buyer response from both urban developments and established integrated townships:
- THE LIGHT Waterfront Penang, Pantai Sentral Park and Riana Dutamas attracted buyers seeking connectivity and contemporary city living close to employment hubs and lifestyle amenities
- IJM Rimbayu and Seremban 2 continued to perform strongly, underscoring the enduring appeal of mature townships with established infrastructure, comprehensive amenities and environments that support multigenerational living
- Continued interest in newer phases within these established communities, including Anthea at IJM Rimbayu and Sutera 2 at Seremban 2, further reflects buyers’ preference for modern homes within proven townships
Selected through an online quiz contest conducted under the supervision of an independent auditor, the winners were celebrated at a prize presentation ceremony held at IJM Land Centre of Excellence (I.C.E.) Gallery @ Pantai Sentral Park:
- First Prize (joint buyers Ooi Chin Sun): a luxurious holiday experience for two to London, United Kingdom, complete with return First-Class flights
- Second Prize (Phang Yi Khai): a luxurious holiday experience for two to Melbourne, Australia, with return First-Class flights
- Third Prize (joint buyers Lau Jin Wei and Chiang Mee Kuan): a luxurious holiday experience for two to the Maldives, also with return First-Class flights
