Easy Step-By-Step Guidance On Herringbone Vinyl Floor

1. Measure the room that you want to decorate along with the number of vinyl planks that you need to buy. For instance, this Facebook user bought 140 pieces for a 190sqft room.

2. Once you got all of the items ready, you can start by sweeping the floor and making sure that it is free from dust. The floor has to be dry and clean for the vinyl to stick properly.

3. Start by finding the center of the room and create a line across the room. This is to ensure that you get a symmetrical pattern.

4. Align the planks as shown, making sure that the first and second tile is in a straight line.

5. Now make sure that the peak corner on the first tile is lined up with the bottom corner of the second tile.
