M’sian Family Transformed Low Cost House Into A Modern Glam Homestay With Only RM35k Budget
Hiya Homies! We love a good house transformation, and this one will most definitely blow your minds. With a budget of RM35,000, this family has transformed a low-cost house into a beautiful, modern glam homestay. Let’s take a look at some of the most mind-boggling transformation that has been done to this house.
Renovating Low-Cost House Into A Comfortable, Modern Glam Homestay
According to the owner, Nadia Zahari and her husband decided to give the house a facelift after their previous renter moved out. Fortunately, her brother works as a contractor so they were able to save a lot on the construction cost. Making it even better, they even bought 2nd hand furniture to cut costs and the results are amazing. You won’t even believe that it was the same house!
Gaining Inspiration From Social Media And TV Shows
Turns out, Nadia Zahari is also a fan of home decorating TV shows and enjoys browsing ideas from Malaysia home decorating Facebook groups.
One would simply adore their living room and dining area. With a touch of a few chandelier fixtures and a beautiful wainscoting wall, the house looks fabulous and comfortable. When asked why would she use 2nd hand furniture, Nadia Zahari said that she can get quality products at a much cheaper price. Among the items that she got at the 2nd hand store are the dining chairs.
More To Come In The Future
Of course, there are still room for improvements. In the future, they are planning to improve the parking space and backyard area. However, to be able to make this huge 360 degree change with only RM35,000 is amazing! Looks like it does pay to be resourceful.
