We’ve always seen old homes getting a complete 360° makeover. From old run-down houses to a spanking new interior that looks like it was just built recently. How about changing up an old bus into a lovely home for two? This team in KL has managed to do just that by altering the whole interior.

According to the Airbnb host, Rumah No.2, Universiti Malaya, the antique UM bus was left stranded in the UM campus for a good amount of time. It was then that the team decided to make good use out of it and transform it into a gorgeous living space for people to stay in.
Transforming Into An Immobile Liveable Space
The converted bus now has a fully furnished living space, with a bedroom that sleep two, a kitchenette and a sitting area. The interior space, from its floors to the walls, are all fully decked out in minimalistic wood. Making you feel like you’re staying a night in a cabin out in the woods.
One step into the space and you’ll feel as you’re no longer in bus. Clean white furniture and potted greeneries flawlessly decorate the space. There’s even a foldable table for you to enjoy your meals with a view facing the lawn. Of course, one thing to note, there is no toilet in this space. The toilet is located in the main house, just a few steps away.
Located against the backdrop of the University of Malaya campus, Rumah No.2 has so much to offer than it seems. There is an edible garden right just outside of the yard where guests are welcomed to help themselves to having as a meal. Or you can play with a pair of friendly rabbits and chicken that live right beside the garden too. This is the perfect place to get away from the city, without being away from the city!
