Last weekend, we were exploring areas in Seremban in search of interesting places to plan year-end activities with our colleagues. Guess what? We stumbled upon a large, beautiful, and comfortable go-cart facility around Bandar Sri Sendayan. After some research, we found out that Bayu Sutera is actually a residence hub. The neighbourhood has numerous attractive spots, like a golf course, archery, bowling center, reading room and many more. Keep scrolling to find out more, it could be your dream home!

One thing that particularly drew our attention was the cute pastel decorations at the d’Tempat Country Club grounds, especially with Christmas-themed adornments. Intrigued, we couldn’t help but to further explore the clubhouse within the precinct, equipped with spacious halls, dining areas, recreation spaces, a swimming pool, and more—a perfect place to host activities and events, especially for corporates.
The cute decorations for Christmas were truly captivating. Since we’re already here, it’s really enjoyable to see the facilities provided by Matrix. The latest project, Izara @ Bayu Sutera, is now open for those seeking a peaceful and serene home for their beloved family. Our colleague is currently looking for a house nearby in Seremban, so we took the opportunity to explore the residence, expected to be fully completed by 2026.
