A young chap that goes by the name Xavier recently shared with us how he transformed his house into this clean, modern minimalist style without an ID (interior designer). It fulfills his white glass house dream with his favorite perforated panel. His overall budget including furniture and appliances boils down to only RM65k.

We all know renovating a house is a tedious process, it takes a whole lot of commitment, even with the help of an ID. Not to mention this house is a hands-on project by Xavier. He did everything, from planning, designing, furniture hunting, to choosing the right tile and decor to fit the theme.

In case you’re wondering how he came up with the layout design, he used AutoCad to design the whole floor plan. Overall, the whole renovation process took 3 months to complete. Here are some awesome before and after pic.

Fabulously Designed, Practical at Best

We really love how Xavier’s home portrays a calm, clean yet comfortable vibe. Not only it’s aesthetically designed, but the crib is also practical and functional, especially with a designated workspace separated by glass panels.

The meticulous attention to detail can be seen throughout the entire layout. Take the square cutout of his cabinet as an example. He can see through the kitchen from his entrance walkway, which also functions as a mini island.
